 Larger  volumes of documents are best  outsourced to a professional scanning  company.  We are a full service  company  so we take care of everything for you:                      

• We can pick up the files to be scanned 
• We will 'prep' the files to be scanned (removing staples, paperclips, correcting folded corners, etc.)  
• Our HIPAA trained specialists will scan each  file using the best quality control methods to safeguard against double  feeds or skewed images  
• You can have choices on the final product, including, but not limited to:                           
• Images can be black & white or color   - Images can be saved at 100DPI, 150DPI, 300DPI, etc.   
• Images can be saved as a .PDF or .TIFF   - We can use OCR (Optical Character Recognition) software and the text of the image will be 'searchable'.
